Crystal Sapphire Legal is the natural and deliberate sequel to our success as Lovett Law LLC. Over its eight years of growth, Attorney Crystal G. Lovett, as the owner of Lovett Law LLC, assisted clients and the judicial system in the areas of domestic relations, juvenile courts, municipal law, small business formation and transactions, probate, estate planning, criminal law, foreclosures, landlord/tenant relations, and real estate transactions and litigation.
Prior to moving to Des Moines, Iowa, in 2022, Crystal narrowed the focus of the firm to probate, estate planning, small business, and real estate transactions. As access to legal services is greater in Des Moines than in rural northern Missouri, Crystal is now able to specialize in her true passion, helping entrepreneurs do what they do best, build empires.
Crystal has twenty years of experience in the legal field as a federal judicial clerk, an associate attorney for Big Law, a lobbyist and assistant general counsel for a state department, a compliance officer for a bank, and a solo practitioner. She also has a background in environmental law and resource management, power generation, forestry, hazardous waste recycling, political fundraising, and grass roots campaigning. Through her vast and varied experiences she has gained a working knowledge of many industries and their requirements for start up and beyond.
At Crystal Sapphire Legal, we embrace the varied meanings represented by our peacock logo. The peacock is associated with pride (as in "proud as a peacock") and protection. As attorneys, we take pride in protecting our clients' interests in the transactions they embark upon while building their empires.

At Crystal Sapphire Legal, we embrace the varied meanings represented by our peacock logo. The peacock is associated with pride (as in "proud as a peacock") and protection. As attorneys, we take pride in protecting our clients' interests in the transactions they embark upon while building their empires.
Both the peacock and the phoenix (the symbol of our sister business) are related to the fire element indicative of vision, passion, and success. The hallmark of every entrepreneur is their innate ability to channel their passion into a vision to achieve success.
Also like the phoenix, the peacock represents rebirth and renewal. Oft times, the road to entrepreneurship comes to us after we have tried it another way and given much of our energy to advance someone else's dream. In our search for career fulfillment, rebirth and renewal of our passions compels us to take a leap of faith and launch our own ventures.
As an entrepreneur herself, our founder has first-hand experience with the fulfillment and challenges of starting and sustaining a small business. We are honored to be a guide for others through the process.
We take a collaborative approach to business, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and concerns and use our expertise to bring their entrepreneurial vision to life. Each and every one of us has unique talents and strengths and we are all better when we each use them to benefit each other and the whole.

We provide entrepreneurs and small businesses with access to legal services tailored to their particular industry. Those we have assisted include multigenerational farms, restaurants, wellness studios, dance and marital arts studios, veterinary clinics, hair salons, physical and occupational therapy clinics, accountancy firms, real estate investors, trucking companies, quarries, auto mechanic shops, nursing homes, and RV parks.
Upon the launch of our subscription-based service, clients will have access to unique and exclusive content, as well as access to trusted legal advice and the production and legal review of business documents in a timely manner. From the initial consultation through our ongoing relationships, we are there every step of the way to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience.
